• Own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform, continuously improving trading efficiency, liquidity, and overall user experience.
• Design and optimize core P2P trading flows, including Ads sequence, request matching, order creation, payment confirmation, dispute handling, and merchant management.
• Improve transaction conversion and completion rates by optimizing user journeys, payment experiences, and trading interaction mechanisms.
• Analyze transaction risks and abnormal scenarios (e.g. payment disputes, fraudulent behavior, order cancellations, malicious users) and collaborate with risk control teams to improve platform safety.
• Design trust and protection mechanisms for buyers and sellers, including escrow processes, appeal flows, and risk alerts.
• Monitor key P2P metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume, and user retention, and drive continuous optimization through data analysis.
