Corporate Receptionist

Flow Traders is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our growing Office Management team in New York. As the Corporate Receptionist, you will play an important role in supporting the Office Management team’s mission: establish an exceptional workplace experience. This mission will be carried out through employee and visitor interactions, visitor management, travel coordination, vendor communications, administrative support, and the execution of concierge services. With hospitality and professionalism at the forefront of your mind, you will be responsible for ensuring employees and visitors have access to all the services and amenities we offer in the workplace. We are looking for someone who will bring energy, passion, and a strong work ethic.

This position will start on a temporary basis with the possibility of being hired on a permanent basis.

• Lead the department's mission to deliver exceptional workplace experience as the primary front-of-house specialist.

• Open the office on time and ensure readiness to welcome, greet, and register employees, visitors, vendors, clients, and corporate executives.

• Oversee the reception area and boardroom, ensuring meeting rooms are clean, functional, fully stocked, and properly reset after each meeting.

• Manage meeting-room conflicts, including double bookings, unplanned meetings, and extended reservations.
