In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner, providing operational and strategic HR support across our European offices while driving people initiatives, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do
HR Generalist & People Partnering
Serve as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for employees and managers
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation
Support relocation, visa, work permit, recruitment, engagement, and organizational change activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, data privacy requirements, and HR best practices
