• Own the product planning and iteration of payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities, including bank integrations, payment gateways, settlement systems, and internal service frameworks.
• Design and optimize scalable integration solutions to support multiple payment methods, regions, and partner institutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build stable, reusable, and extensible infrastructure services that improve integration efficiency and system reliability.
• Coordinate with external partners such as banks, payment service providers, and vendors to manage integration requirements, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor core infrastructure and channel performance metrics, including transaction success rate, latency, system availability, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Analyze integration failures and operational issues (e.g. API errors, settlement mismatches, callback failures, connectivity issues) and drive root-cause resolution.
