About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our global Corporate Functions, including Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate departments, partnering closely with senior functional leaders.

The ideal candidate brings strong HRBP expertise, hands-on experience supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced, international organization, and the ability to navigate complex organizational and people challenges. This role requires a commercially minded, proactive HR partner who understands business operations, can confidently advise senior leadership, and drive effective people and organizational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate functions, providing strategic and hands-on HR support.

• Develop a strong understanding of each function's business priorities, operating model, organizational structure, and talent challenges, translating them into effective people strategies.

• Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, resource allocation, and organizational effectiveness.
