Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in our Amsterdam office. In this role you will own and elevate our global HR operations - building a proactive, high-quality HR service that runs consistently across every region and lets our HR Business Partners focus on partnering with the business. What you will do
Own the HR services and operations landscape globally, ensuring work is delivered proactively, to a consistent quality standard, and within agreed SLAs
Lead, develop and set priorities for a team of 2 HR Generalists, instilling a proactive, ownership-driven way of working
Set and enforce SLAs and quality standards so work is right first time - no chasing, no rework
Own recurring HR processes end-to-end (engagement survey, onboarding/offboarding, contract and documentation creation, and more)
Act as the single point of accountability for HR operational delivery and the first point of contact for managers on operational matters
Handle data and reporting requests directly, and ensure data integrity across our HR systems
