About the Role:

We’re building a Finance function that can scale with a fast-growing company, and we’re looking for a Financial Analyst who wants to help build it with us. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on accounts payable, expense coding, payment operations, and financial reporting. You’ll help make sure invoices are coded correctly, vendors are paid on time, payment information is accurate, and the Finance team has clear visibility into upcoming cash requirements and company spending.

You’ll also help us move away from manual processes wherever possible—using technology, automation, and better workflows to make Finance easier for everyone across the company.

What You’ll Do:

Own the AP workflow. Manage invoices from intake through approval and payment, making sure everything is accurate, properly documented, and moving on schedule.

Keep our financial data clean. Code expenses across the right GL accounts, departments, cost centers, projects, and reporting categories so our financial reporting is reliable.

Run payment cycles. Prepare payment batches and clear, concise payment reports for Finance leadership, highlighting upcoming obligations, exceptions, and anything requiring attention.
