We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
You'll own the contract and program layer of systems that real institutions depend on — tokenized funds, staking and validator infrastructure, collateral and liquidity products, and the compliance primitives that make them usable inside regulated workflows.
This is a builder role with a research dimension. You'll move between protocol-level design work and shipping production contracts that clear institutional audit, security, and operational bars. You own your work end-to-end: spec, contracts, tests, deployment tooling, monitoring, runbooks, and the off-chain integrations that make contracts operable in production.
