We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
We're looking for a DevEx Pipeline Specialist who is, at heart, a builder: someone with the instincts of a systems architect who wants to design and build the platforms, pipelines, and tools that give our engineering organization real leverage. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — not a support function. We are not looking for someone who fields ad hoc, IT-style requests; we're looking for someone who builds the systems that make those requests unnecessary. A core part of this role is building the data ecosystems that give us visibility into how engineering is actually performing, and that hold teams accountable to it. Above all, this person should treat developer experience like a product: building for internal customers with genuine empathy for their needs, and a drive to make their day-to-day materially better.
