Position Summary:

Grayscale Investments is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Paralegal to support our securities, corporate governance and capital markets function, with a primary focus on SEC reporting and registration statement filings. This role works closely with in-house counsel, outside counsel, Finance and Compliance to ensure the company's public disclosures are accurate, complete and filed on time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing and coordinating 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and registration statements (S-1s/S-3s), combined with strong project management skills to keep multiple filing workstreams moving in parallel.
