Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. • Assist the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations across Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and related products.
• Track and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies end-to-end — ensuring milestones, sign-offs, and confirmation deadlines are met across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports for ongoing regulatory requirements, product suggestions & workstreams.
• Coordinate and align on a regular basis with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, and regional leads) as well as internal stakeholders within Binance Earn.
• Monitor regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, flagging risks and open issues to the team proactively.
• Act as the DRP (Direct Responsible Person) or POC (Point of Contact) for assigned regulatory workstreams — chasing action items, documenting decisions, and following up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables.
