The role in a nutshell:

The Team Assistant will manage the day-to-day coordination of our executive team. In this role, you will take full ownership of diary management and travel. You will also own the organisation of company wide events such as the mid-year update and Summit.

Your mission will be:

- Core pillars of ownership and impact (The “What”)

Calendar Management: Manage calendars through effective prioritisation and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.

Global Travel Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport e.g. booking meeting rooms and lunch/dinners. Build detailed, time-zone-accurate itineraries and provide real-time troubleshooting for travel disruptions.

Company Event Planning & Execution: Lead the logistics for internal events, including the mid-year update and Summit. Source venues, manage vendors, coordinate invitations, and oversee on-site execution within budget.
