Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. • Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes. 协助全球周边项目的创意选品，能够提供多主题的创新搭配。
• Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production. 参与周边设计沟通、材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进。

• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management. 协助整理各地区周边需求，跟踪项目进度并及时反馈，同时协助库存管理。
• Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas. 礼品创意力强，能够快速提供多种合理搭配套组。
