We are seeking a Director of AI Enablement — a hands-on builder who turns AI strategy into shipped reality across business units. This is not a strategy-only or purely advisory role. We need someone who rolls up their sleeves: mapping how teams actually work today, spotting where AI can remove friction or unlock value, and then building — or driving the build of — the solution alongside the team that will use it.
The ideal candidate sits between execution and delivery: technical enough to prototype a working solution themselves, and operationally sharp enough to partner with engineering when a problem needs real infrastructure. Not a theorist, not a pure PM — someone who ships.
Own execution of AI adoption projects end-to-end, business unit by business unit:
• Embed with business teams (e.g. Compliance, Legal, CS) to understand existing workflows in detail and identify concrete gaps and pain points.
