Join the team building Agentic OKDS—OKG’s design intelligence infrastructure and the operating system between human intent and AI-generated output. You will contribute across three connected capability areas: Foundations, including token architecture for color, spacing, and radius; Components, spanning OKDS core components, business components, and AI-ready architecture; and Templates + AI Tooling, covering template systems, AI transformation infrastructure, and pipeline readiness. Your primary assignment may change based on team needs, while you build the breadth to work effectively across all three. You will combine strong craft with design-engineering judgment to improve reuse, adoption, delivery speed, and implementation quality.
• Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling—from research and reuse validation through specification, release, adoption, and iteration—while contributing effectively across all three areas as priorities change.
• Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation, ensuring consistency between Figma and implementation.
• Design and evolve OKDS core components and reusable business components with clear naming, variants, states, metadata, composition rules, and architecture suitable for designers, engineers, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Build reusable template systems and AI-readable guidance, and contribute to tooling infrastructure and validation workflows that improve AI pipeline readiness and production-quality output.
