Sports Creator Manager

About the Role

Polymarket's Growth team moves fast and runs lean. This role sits inside our affiliate program and owns the capper network end to end — a group of roughly 100 pick-focused sports creators who drive real depositor volume to the platform. The mandate is straightforward: grow the capper network and optimize it until it's consistently driving 10% of new depositors in any given week. That means finding the right creators, getting them onboarded, keeping them compliant, and making sure their content is actually converting.

The capper space moves at the speed of the sports calendar. Games happen every day, creators post constantly, and the line between good promotional content and a compliance problem is thin. We need someone who already understands this world, has relationships in it, and can manage a high volume of partners without letting things slip through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, vet, and recruit new pick-focused sports creators to expand the capper network beyond its current 100 partners

• Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, answering questions, sharing assets, and keeping creators active and producing

• Enforce compliance standards consistently across the entire network, reviewing content and flagging or removing partners who fall out of line
