THE WORK:

Ripple is growing rapidly. We are looking for a focused Software Engineering Manager to lead the Product Ledger team. This team builds the double-entry ledger service powering accounting and financial state across Ripple Products. You'll partner closely with Accounting, Product, and Compliance to build a correctness-critical system that scales across new business lines while remaining audit-ready and Oracle-integrated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Think strategically while balancing both short and long-term needs

You will build and lead hard-working engineering teams by motivating your team and leading by example to continuously innovate, improve and think differently

You will deliver outstanding results for our customers and are a role model for other engineers

Create a shared vision and build and maintain strong partnerships with Product Management, Ops, Security, Research, Customer Success, and Business development teams
