MoonPay Enterprise is for builders with something to prove.
This isn't a "work on cool crypto stuff" company. It's a high-standards, high-velocity, high-accountability company building the operating system for value movement. If the internet moves information, we move value: crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and whatever comes next. Four offerings make that real: fund, tokenize, trade, and spend.
MoonPay Enterprise is the fund layer built for businesses. We power how stablecoins move through real financial operations: enterprises, fintechs, PSPs, wallets, and marketplaces running their treasuries, their cross-border flows, and their stablecoin operations on us. The goal is to make moving real money at scale as predictable as any other piece of financial infrastructure, with the compliance and controls CFOs need to say yes.
AI is the default operating mode here. It's woven into every role, and we expect you to use it daily. It handles the manual work so you can deliver on what actually matters.
You'll thrive here if outcomes excite you more than process, if impact motivates you more than titles, and if you want hard problems, real ownership, and teammates who love winning, building, and doing it together.
The bar is high. The pace is real. We're building the rails that businesses run real money on, for humans and agents. MoonPay ranked #2 in Crypto Services on Fortune's inaugural Crypto 100, made Forbes' America's Best Startup Employers 2026 (Top 25 in Finance), and landed on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work two years running.
MoonPay Enterprise is one of the more operationally complex products in the stablecoin space: multiple banking providers, multiple payment rails, a growing partner base across two product lines (Orchestration and Issuance), and an active compliance surface across each. MoonPay Enterprise runs B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C models. Partners integrate our API. Their customers become direct customers of MoonPay Enterprise for compliance purposes.
KYB is the front door. Every partner is a business. Every business customer of every partner clears KYB before a single transaction moves. Today the flow is part automated registry verification, part manual review, with different rules for the US and the rest of the world, and turnaround measured in days. That does not scale to where MoonPay Enterprise is going. KYB has to become a product: measurable, fast, API-first, defensible in front of regulators and banking partners. This is a principal seat. You set the multi-year direction for how businesses enter MoonPay Enterprise, and you own the outcome.
• Business onboarding end-to-end, across every model MoonPay Enterprise runs: partners onboarding onto MoonPay Enterprise, businesses onboarding directly, and business customers onboarding through partners.
• Platform altitude. KYB decisions ripple into KYC, Travel Rule capture, banking-provider onboarding, and Issuance partner diligence. Connect the surfaces; don't optimise one in isolation.
• MoonPay Enterprise runs three KYC delivery models (reliance, outsourcing, hosted). KYB coverage is uneven across them. You decide where it expands and in what order.
• Genuine product depth on MoonPay Enterprise is non-negotiable. Within weeks you talk fluently about KYB outcomes, UBO requirements, virtual account structures, and API behaviour. From being hands-on, not from documentation.
• The KYB funnel is yours: pass rate, time-to-verified against a 48-72h target, manual review rate, drop-off per step.
• Instrument what isn't instrumented. Make approval speed and rejection quality measurable. Then move both.
• Fix rejection UX. Today a declined business often gets a status without a reason, and the partner escalates to support to find out what is missing. Rejection reasons, retry semantics, and resubmission flows become API surface partners build on.
• The KYB API surface: statuses, webhooks, document submission, and the edge cases that make business onboarding hard (sole proprietors, corporate shareholders, one person who is UBO, Director, and Representative at once).
• Partners integrate KYB in weeks and self-serve their onboarding questions. Every "what is missing for this customer" escalation is a product gap. Close it.
• Turn compliance-approved onboarding matrices into product logic. US and non-US differ: control prong versus directors, when ownership documents are required, self-certification options. Partners should never need to read a matrix.
• EDD triggers, high-risk classification, prohibited industries, Travel Rule capture: you decide how they show up in the product.
• Compliance is your sparring partner, not a ticket queue. You shape how policy becomes product. They own the policy.
• The verification stack (SumSub today) and the build-versus-buy calls around it.
• Cost per verification, automation rate, vendor performance. Know when a second provider, a waterfall, or in-house tooling earns its place.
• Push automation. Decide where AI-assisted review with a human in the loop replaces manual queues, and prove it does not raise risk.
• Every new banking provider brings its own onboarding requirements. Keep KYB compatible with every rail without collecting everything from everyone.
• A principal-level PM with real KYB or KYC depth. You have owned onboarding, identity, verification, or risk as a platform, not a feature.
• High agency. You do not wait for a mandate, a brief, or perfect data. You find the problem, claim it, and fix it.
• Full autonomy, zero to one. Hand you an unowned surface and you take it from first principles to shipped. No handover document, no waiting for direction.
• AI-fluent by default. AI tools are your daily instruments for analysis, prototyping, and drafting. You run your own queries; analysis is not something you request from another team.
• Compliance is a design constraint, not a blocker. You read a requirements matrix and see API design, funnel steps, and copy.
• You know your funnel cold: pass rate, time-to-verified, manual review rate, cost per verification.
