About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned financial engineering and product innovation leader to build and lead our Financial Logic & Product Innovation (FL) team within DBU. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative finance, derivatives product design, and crypto-native innovation. You will own the financial models that power our trading platform and drive the creation of next-generation financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Logic Ownership

• Own and optimize core financial formulas across the platform: funding rates, index prices, mark prices, liquidation engines, margin models (UTA/cross-margin), insurance fund mechanics, and settlement logic

• Identify and resolve edge cases, parameter inefficiencies, and risk-reward imbalances in existing financial models
