Polymarket US is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to lead financial planning and performance management for our U.S. business and regulated entities. You'll own an integrated three-statement forecast by department and legal entity, together with the consolidated U.S. outlook — covering headcount and vendor planning, cash and liquidity, cost of sales, revenue sharing, customer acquisition economics, and management reporting.
This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who combines rigorous modeling, strong accounting fluency, and practical judgment. You'll move easily between detailed analysis and executive-level insight, challenge assumptions constructively, and build durable planning processes that create trust through accurate, transparent, decision-useful work.
