Gemini is a global crypto and Web3 platform founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014, offering a wide range of simple, reliable, and secure crypto products and services to individuals and institutions in over 70 countries. Our mission is to unlock the next era of financial, creative, and personal freedom by providing trusted access to the decentralized future. We envision a world where crypto reshapes the global financial system, internet, and money to create greater choice, independence, and opportunity for all — bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy in a way that is more open, fair, and secure. As a publicly traded company, Gemini is poised to accelerate this vision with greater scale, reach, and impact.
The Real Estate & Office Services team at Gemini is responsible for building and maintaining world-class office environments that reflect our culture, values, and operational needs. Our team ensures that each physical location supports productivity, collaboration, employee experience, safety, and business operations. We act as trusted partners and problem-solvers—creating spaces where Gemini can thrive.
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and hands-on Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Gemini's Arizona Operations Center and broader Real Estate & Office Services initiatives. This individual serves as the primary on-site Office Services representative and partners closely with RESO leadership, Corporate Security, IT, People, property management, and external vendors across workplace operations, facilities, physical access, space planning, office projects and moves, on-sites and events, and employee experience.
Given the nature of our workplace and 24/7 operations, this role requires a high degree of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and security awareness. The Associate must be able to work independently while consistently following established policies, procedures, security protocols, and escalation paths.
The ideal candidate is a mature, dependable, highly professional, and service-oriented operator who takes ownership and follows through. They are proactive and capable of working independently, while respecting established processes, decision-making authority, and escalation paths. They are security-conscious, follow protocols to a T, exercise good judgment, and know when to escalate. They remain organized and professional when priorities change and can be trusted to represent Gemini appropriately with employees, visitors, vendors, and external partners.
This role is required to be in person five days per week at our Scottsdale, AZ office.
