岗位职责

1、以大模型（LLM）作为核心组件，参与构建具备“思考、调用、执行”能力的后端业务系统，将产品需求与思维链转化为稳定、可扩展的 Agentic Workflow（智能体工作流）。

2、负责 AI Agent 的编排与工程化落地，包括模型调用、工具调用（Tool-calling）、多步推理、状态管理与异常处理，保障复杂业务流程的稳定执行。
