What you’ll be responsible for:

We’re hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility.
