About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our Compliance & KYC engineering team, where you will play a key role in building secure, regulation-compliant, and localised onboarding solutions for users around the world. This is not a typical feature-building role — you will have end-to-end technical ownership for one or more key markets, working closely with regional business leaders, compliance experts, and external KYC vendors.

We are open to two profiles at this level. The first is an engineer who brings solid mobile fundamentals and genuine curiosity about the business and regulatory context behind the work — someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is energised by the real-world impact of what they build. The second is a technically strong Mobile engineer who can independently solve hard problems, drive solutions end-to-end, and communicate with structure and precision. Both profiles must be self-driven, hungry to grow, and motivated by more than just writing code.

What You'll Be Doing

Take full technical ownership of specific regional markets, leading mobile KYC and compliance implementation from requirements to release.

Make independent engineering decisions based on business context, regulatory needs, and technical constraints — balancing speed, maintainability, and compliance.

Build and maintain critical mobile onboarding features such as document verification, facial recognition, and liveness detection, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences across iOS and Android.
