As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for expanding our Digital Assets trading capabilities by leveraging Flow Traders’ cutting-edge research and quantitative trading platform.
What you will do
Identify our competitive advantages in Digital Assets markets and build quantitative strategies to convert them into actionable trading opportunities.
Develop pricing and execution models and oversee their deployment in profitable, end-to-end quantitative trading strategies.
Research and optimize systematic market-making strategies across Digital Assets products and venues.
Collaborate with Trading and Technology to bring quantitative strategies from research into production.
What you need to succeed
3+ years of experience in systematic trading.
