We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for our Legal & Compliance organization.
As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert, you will partner closely with Legal and Compliance leaders to drive hiring strategy, executive search, and workforce planning across global markets. You will own end-to-end hiring for one of the company's most critical functions, helping build high-performing teams across Legal, Compliance, AML, Regulatory, Risk, and Governance.
Beyond delivering hires, you will provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, and build long-term talent pipelines for highly specialized roles.
