Responsibilities

Strategy and Direction

Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the unified remote workspace, spanning collaboration, productivity tools, identity, and zero-trust access, so that employees can work securely from anywhere on any device Bring AI capabilities into the workspace in a secure and well-governed way, balancing productivity gains with data protection Set organizational OKRs aligned with company priorities; report progress, risks, and security posture to senior leadership

Collaboration and Productivity Platform

Own the enterprise collaboration platform, including IM, meetings, calendar, and desktop and mobile clients, with a focus on reliability, performance, and end-to-end security Lead the productivity tool suite (documents, secure mail, tasks, workflow, and forms), driving integration across tools and embedding AI features such as summarization and meeting transcription where they add real value Build and grow an open platform and APIs that enable internal teams, partners, and bots to integrate with and extend the workspace
