Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Digital Assets Compliance Officer to join our Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will focus on regulatory advisory, regulatory change management, and providing business-facing compliance support across our Digital Assets activities

What you will do
Analyze existing and upcoming digital assets related regulations (EU and global), assess their impact on our business, and translate them into clear and pragmatic business requirements
Act as the primary Compliance contact for our digital assets trading teams, advising on digital assets-specific compliance matters
Support and contribute to new digital assets product launches, market expansions, and business development initiatives
Engage with regulators, exchanges, trading venues, and other market infrastructure providers active in the digital asset ecosystem
Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate internal and external audits related to digital assets activities
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset trading
