The team: Our CRM team keeps Ledger's customers engaged across every stage of their journey - from hardware upgrade to new wallet launches. As our CRM Lifecycle Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end execution of these campaigns & programs - working within the CRM team and stakeholders across product marketing, legal and localisation to bring each one to life. It's a hands-on role for someone who loves organising detail and finding smarter ways to work by using AI tools to vastly speed up delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

• End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and own the cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization
