The Role

ADFAC is seeking a Part-Time CFO / Controller to oversee the company's financial function, providing strategic financial guidance while remaining hands-on with day-to-day accounting and reporting. The position works closely with ownership to support financial planning, compliance, and operational decision-making.

This long-term remote engagement is designed for an experienced finance executive seeking meaningful impact with a flexible part-time schedule and responsibility for a single business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Lead the monthly financial close process and financial reporting.
Ensure GAAP compliance across accounting activities.
Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and budget-to-actual analyses.
Manage fixed asset accounting and lessor accounting for equipment leasing operations.
