As we prepare for our next phase of growth, including a potential transition from a private to a public company, we are seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to manage our global equity programs. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of our stock administration function during a pivotal time for the company. You will be a key member of the Legal and Finance teams, supporting our employees and stakeholders through this exciting evolution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage the day-to-day administration of the company’s global equity plan (stock options, RSUs, etc.) currently on the Carta platform.

Process all equity-related transactions, including new grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Lead the preparation and execution of all equity administration aspects related to the company’s transition to a public entity.

Develop and implement public company processes, including trading window administration, pre-clearance procedures, and support for 10b5-1 trading plans.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, executives, and other stakeholders for all questions related to equity awards and company policies.

Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow for payroll, tax withholding, accounting (ASC 718), and financial reporting.
