What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of company laptops, with macOS as the primary focus, as well as Windows computers, mobile devices (iOS and Android), IP phones, and other desktop IT equipment. This includes device imaging and setup, software and hardware installation, configuration, updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Maintain office IT systems, including IP phones, video conferencing and wireless presentation systems, printers, CCTV, and access control. Support server room operations, structured cabling, UPS systems, switches, access points, and routine inspections. Monitor infrastructure availability and performance through dashboards and alerts. Basic knowledge of servers, networking, audio-visual systems, and electrical principles is required.
