About the role

We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer to work directly with our Creative Director as one of the core hands-on makers on the Marketing team. This is a foundational, high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can take conceptual direction, sharpen it, and carry it all the way through to exceptional execution.

You will help establish and evolve the Securitize brand across campaigns, events, social, editorial, presentations, partnerships, launches, and digital experiences. Because the team is intentionally lean, you will have real influence over both the work and the systems behind it: what we make, how we make it, and the quality bar we hold.

This is first and foremost a brand design role. You will also partner closely with our website marketing manager, product design, and other digital partners to create a coherent experience across brand, web, and product. You will not be expected to own core product UX, but you should be comfortable shaping how the brand comes to life in digital products and collaborating with specialists.

Build and evolve the brand. Translate brand strategy and creative direction into a distinctive, flexible visual system that can grow with the business.

Set the creative bar. Develop concepts and execute high-visibility work across integrated campaigns, events, launches, social, editorial, partnerships, presentations, and executive communications.
