Operations Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects: product launches, integrations, and strategic initiatives.

• Act as the central point of coordination between local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

• Drive project execution by defining timelines, tracking milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and following up on action items.

• Gather business requirements, prepare project documentation (BRD, SOP, Memo), and support implementation from planning through launch.

• Coordinate external partner and banking integrations, including testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
